By using Lethe you agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity on your account.

Do not use Lethe to send unlawful content, harass other people, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Lethe is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lethe and Dekimu are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email to account holders.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to consumer protection rules in your place of residence.
